Any time the user visits www.patriciavincent.com they confirm electronically the unconditional acceptance of the described herein terms. Access and use of this site constitutes an unconditional acceptance of the present terms and conditions. Therefore, it is assumed, that the users have carefully read and accepted the terms and conditions as well as the application of the Austrian and European law.

Note that the colours differ from monitor to monitor and don’t have an exact impression, if possible, make a visit at my shop (see the opening days).

Return Policy

All sales are final and not eligible for returns. If you desire any feasible adaptation, I will be happy to provide it at a basic charge. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will gladly exchange your purchase for a design of your desire or a gift voucher. Make sure that you get back to me within 10 working days and your item fulfils the following requirements:

• it is in original condition and has not been worn, used or damaged,

• the item is returned in its original packaging, with all items that were included with the original purchase,

• all shipping fees are covered by you.

Terms of Service

I devote great care and attention into offering you a product of quality. I emphasise the fact that all my designs are handmade and one of a kind, therefore, they don't acquire an industrial standard look. If you like any product(s), I encourage you to have a closer look at my shop or feel free to request additional information and photos; I would gladly offer you assistance and guidance.

Shipping

A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped. Please kindly be patient, as tracking information could take a couple days to update.

Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in the mail. You are also responsible for your order if you enter an incorrect shipping address.
